The IPCC-B23-THS - Dual Purpose Thermal and Video Network Bullet Camera provides the functionality of dynamically monitoring the skin temperature of a group of people passing an entrance or crossing the viewing field of the video camera. An AI driven thermal imaging screening system software will display the skin temperate captured from multiple points of the thermal view of the individual's face and is dynamically overlaid on the video picture, as well as logged in a log file including the individual's face screenshot and timestamp. The log file can be copied for later use. Individuals who exceed a preset skin temperature threshold will trigger an audio and flashing alarm.
The functionality of the IPCC-B23-THS camera adds an additional tool and ability to screen possibly sick individuals out of a crowd of up to 30 people, who exceed certain preset temperature levels, which could be a manifestation of an illness, (including COVID-19) among them. Those people can be directed to medical personnel for further testing.
The IPCC-B23-THS Dual Purpose Thermal and Video camera, is NOT a medical device, and NOT intended to replace diagnostics done by medical professionals. The IPCC-B23-THS camera is an additional tool, capable of dealing with screening a crowd of people and assist the medical teams to get in control of a pandemic.
This non-invasive camera system can be set up at the entrance of a public venue or a workplace such as:

- entrance to supermarkets
- entrance to public transportation - aiport terminals, train stations, buses and underground,
